She is controlling the pet populations. But it can be contagious from Cats to humans, since cats are the first one that does hold on the disease.  It's awesome for what she is doing but sometimes it makes me wonder.

Yeah that's really gross...I know I wouldn't like the thought of having it in that close of proximities with me.
