Where I live, most of the schools around here started today, and a few started yesterday...

In Fort Worth, Texas school ended June 5th and starts August 23rd. Not much summer time.

ours ended june 11th but starts the same time as you< so i would not complain. i live in PA

it started last week in parts of KY they start early so if they have to make up snow days they won't have to go too late into the summer.

In Pinehurst, NC, school starts on the 24th of August.  It's about time.  The kids have worn me out.  It's time for a break.

But different county's start at a different time.

School starts today. They are really starting early anymore, it makes you wonder if one of these days they will just have them going a full year, maybe instead of a summer vacation they will have a winter vacation due to the global warming.
