What is your favorite bar-b-qued dish?

i love chicken breast boneless marinated and barbqued,,,, and then i like to do baby red skined potatos washed and cut into quarters , and then you put lipton onion soup mix mixed with 1/2 cup of olivo oil mix and pour over the potatos , make a tin foil pouch pour it in  and barbq it, flipping it every so often it is so good.....yum yum

I like BBQ ribs, but my favorite would be BBQ chicken.

I totally agree. Ribs are the best, especially when they have that little bit of burn on them.
