I prefer BBQ ribs that are coated with sauce. You need to baste them real good but they are great.

Shish Kabob...preferably with marinated beef, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, white onion, and green bell pepper (sometimes with mushrooms).

I am such a sucker for barbequed dishes. I love the way they taste, much more flavorful than being cooked in a stove.

Recently I tried cooking a pizza on the grill and it was fabulous! I was afraid the dough would fall through the grates, but the secret is to have the grill searing hot so it starts cooking the instant it falls onto the grate.

BBQ Chicken or pork chops are fantastic on the grill. Actually, anything with BBQ sauce on it is pretty good! Ribs are also another mouth watering dish that I love on the grill. Get a slab of ribs (make sure they are actually ribs, not rib tips or country style ribs) and put a rub all over it. Cover the ribs with plastic rap and put it on a cookie sheet and in the oven. Let it sit for at least 6 hours in the fridge then go directly to the oven for 4 hours on a low heat. Transfer the ribs to a preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes, basting with your favorite bbq sauce. It's a fantastic way to eat them and they are so flavorful!

Trout brushed with olive oil and seasoned to taste but I'm also a sucker for marinated rib eye steaks

My absolute favorite bar-b-qued dish is Ribs. I recently tried brisket, and it runs a close second. YUMO!

I love to eat any bar-b-que dish like chicken, ribs....., But I think I would say that I like chicken covered in barbecue sauce
