Actually your not supposed to post links to other sites outside of fusion cash links like other forum posts.  Just because you call it an article or news related doesn't mean its OK when your promoting your referral link.  Although posting your site with your referral link for FC is kinda pointless imo because most people reading the forums already have an account or found them by clicking on someone else's referral link. But the other poster is right its not exactly allowed to post links on the forums to other sites.
