I happened to run across this post from another member that was posted in 2009 and was wondering if what he meant by "reset" was clearing cookies, cashe, etc.?? If so, then what good is it to do the Nielsen offer if you're going to loose the cash you've earned when you clear your cookies in order to do other offers??  Has anyone else experienced this, or has there been a fix for it since then?

"Be aware that if you have to reset your computer you will be denied by Nielsen-NetRatings because a reset will kill the Nielsen tracking on your computer.  So if you see your income come down it may be because of a tracker being removed.  And yes, many of the sites you visit put a tracker on your computer."

I think that what the person means by reset is possibly a system restore.  Clearing cookies would not eliminate the tracking software, but a system restore would.  I think that you have to have the software running for at least two weeks for the offer to credit.  I read somewhere to that you have to also create or have a 'log"  The log may happen automatically without creating it?

Thanks for the response. I was kind of wondering if he was referring to a system restore, but I thought I would ask, because I was thinking of doing the Nielsen offer.

Yea just do what he said and you'll get credit. I did.
