Do you think what Arizona is trying to do in allowing state officials stop you and ask for citizenship papers is constitutional? And what do you think about the judge who struck most of this law down?

I think they are going about it all wrong.  It is kinda like they need to rethink the whole situation.  Most of the illeagles are hard working, law abiding peoplle that are just trying to feed their families.  If you think about it, almost all of us were new to this Country at one time many years ago.

I would agree with you that many of the illegals are hard working, and good people trying to feed their families; however I would not call them law abiding.  The reason they are called "illegals" is they disobeyed US immigration law to be in the country - therefore they are not law abiding.  If they were law abiding, they would attempt to choose several legal immigration options to be in this country.

I know my family came to America (grandparents) and they filled out the proper paperwork and visas and applied for citizenship.  If I was someone who went through all the proper channels to be in the US, I would be annoyed by those who think it's okay to cut corners and think they should not be caught and sent back home.

LOL!!!

Illegals are not law abiding people!

It makes no sense to take apart this law like the judge did. All it did was show that they don't want the state of Arizona to do the job they couldn't.
