I have a lot of favorites...

Being that I am a sucker for chick flicks and tearjerkers I was hoping to maybe find some new movies to watch on my free time.

My Sisters Keeper was great. But one of my all time favorites is Serendipity...more of a really good love story.

PS I Love You and The Notebook are always great chic flicks. If you want something more serious and still sad I'd go for Seven Pounds, makes you think!

   Your post brought back to mind my very first "tear-jerker" movie:  "I Want to Live" with Susan Hayward.  It was in black and white and the star character was accused wrongly and was to be put to death.  They were trying to find the evidence to exonerate her before it was too late.  I won't give the ending away, but the actress's talent in that movie really pulled at my heartstrings.  I was a kid back then but it made a big impression on me!

I loved "The Notebook", and my newest favorite was "Letters to Juliet".  It is a must see movie.

Marley and Me for sure!! I cried for fifteen minutes I swear. The book is great.

A recent one was Extraordinary Measures.

Space Cowboys made me cry too.
