Same IP address?

I have a hypothetical question. Right now, I use the library's computers or their WiFi with my laptop, because U don't have internet at home. The risk is that if someone else were to come here and try to sign up for FC, I'd get my account banned. So far, I haven't had any trouble, as this is a small town. But if I were to get my own internet at home, would other people be able to use the library to join FC, or would this IP address always be off limits because I had used it in the past? (Hope this is clear enough. I'm not sure how to word it). If I ever get home internet, I was thinking of putting up flyers in town to try to get referrals, but I think probably someone would end up coming to the library. That's why I haven't done it yet.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but according to FC TOS I think your already breakin the rules by using the library's internet connection... might wanna check with an admin though. 

# Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

I've stated before here on the forums that I use the library because I don't have home internet. I've been a member for a couple of years, and they've never given me any trouble. I guess as long as no one else tries to get an account at this library, it is sort of the same thing as having my own internet.

You can access FC from as many IP addresses as you like, but you can't open more than one account per IP address.

Libraries are one of the worst places to sign up at... im sorry to say but you might want to talk to tech support.

Isn't there a way to tell if an IP address is from a shared network or Wi-Fi hotspot like a library?

Well, right now it's my only option. I'm looking into getting satellite internet, but I want to make sure it's reliable and good for doing offers. I don't want to get stuck with not having any offers credit. And satellite internet is pretty expensive.

How is it the same as having your own internet its not yours...its the library's they pay for it, but like I said you might want to check with support to make sure your complying with the rules.  Just because it hasn't been noticed in the time you have been a member doesn't mean its not against the rules. Thats like saying sorry officer Ive drove through that stop sign before and didn't get caught so I just thought it was alright.
