Manual Credit Request Discontinuation
« on: January 22, 2008, 10:46:30 pm »
I logged on today after having a manual request in since Nov. 25 for the entertainment book offer. It says they no longer offer manual credit. I know I will NEVER complete another CC offer here because there is no recourse if it does not credit. Just thought I should warn you all if you haven't noticed this yet. Thanks

Hay wait I did a few oofers that wer less then the $7.00 limit and I wrote to support and showed them the proof that I compleated the offer as stated by showing them the full email conformation.  They gave me a $2.00 Bonus and I have been doing well.  All I can say is keep an eye out and watch every thing you do.  Read the small print on each offer.  Read the TOS on each offer. If you do not do this then you get what you deserve.

It could be but he also states it has been since November since he did that offer.  I for one didn't do that offer because the pay out was less then what I had to pay.

So I guess this way we will never get our money. I see some are backing out and discontinuing their promotion here also. So I guess I will never see my money for Ebay, Yahoo, success kits that are paying 15 and 20. Isnt that convienient for that. I have sent everything in and now Im not getting credit. On the side of another one says a program discontinuation. That was a fraud from the get go they never sent my product and paid for it with my credit card on Dec 4th and Im still waiting for it. I can see now that days here are numbered.

I wrote to the support team yesterday, Jan 22, regarding the completed Columbia House DVD club that I joined back in November of '07 and had yet to be credited for. After complaining that the offer click tracking page was still pending 2 months later, they kindly credited me with the full amount due that very same day and mentioned that from here on out they had discontinued the manual stuff. It may suck that they've discontinued it, but regardless, I have yet to see such amazing/expedited customer support... so I can't really complain.

2008-01-22 21:10:07 Hi I requested a pay out earlyer today and now the page that tells me what I am waiting for looks differant. It only shows what I have been credited for and what I have not been credited for. It no longer shows the thing were it tells me I have to wait 7 days to file a manual credit. Is this normal while waiting for my payment to be approved?

Thats a good thing.

It is a good thing and a bad thing because there are still offers that we all do that we do not get credited for after we lay out a few bucks.  There needs to be some recorse against those companies that do not pay us.   None of us are here to give away our money.  We are all here to Make Money.

I'm in the same boat. Was waiting for netflix since I filed a credit request on November 12th..Kept all emails and sent them in. Was told they were just waiting on netflix.I'm still a member.Opened support tickets with F.C. and was basically told to wait and was thanked for my patience. Now I won't receive credit due to the new policy.
