Meh... My first reaction was that it was a bunch of stupid male models... Never picked up on the angry face until after I read the article. Maybe because I tend to see all attractive men as adversaries in terms of picking up the ladies... Maybe if it was a bunch of female faces, or just a mix of everyday men, I'd pick out the angry face easier...

I didn't either. Except my eyes just kinda locked on to a couple of them I found most attractive. In fact, after the angry face was pointed out I even had to take a double look to find it. Maybe it just doesn't work on everyone.

I think it would be effective it the pic was full screen. Having to scroll on my screen made me look at each of them.
I get the concept as a whole and think I would have picked out the angry faced guy had I saw the entire photo at once.

No reaction here. ;D I hardly notice a thing but a bunch of random faces. It took longer than 2 seconds for me to spot the serious look (a.k.a. angry?) and the other one with a neutral expression. Did it work for you Marie?  :)

yea it worked on me. my eyes were locked in on the angry one.

I don't suppose you weren't the one who scanned it, were you..? Maybe it has a different effect on paper than on screen. ::shrug::

I never noticed the angry expression either. Maybe I pick up on the good before the bad.  :)
