so this is my first month on here and i live FC so far.. i got upset this weekend because i used my phone to see my account and to see how much money i had.. and because i did that it got restricted!!  i was MAD!!! but then i put in a tickets and WOOOOOHOOOOOO i got my account back!!!!! no more using my phone to look at fusion cash!!! hahaha

Yes, i have been tempted to check my account while at a friends house BUT i dont wanna get in trouble (my friends have fc accounts) so you need to be careful........glad you got your account back. Welcome Back.

You can only have ONE FC account per IP address. If you log in somewhere else, it will look like you're using multiple IP addresses to create different accounts. It sets off an automatic security alert in the system. If you make a support ticket, they should get to it within a day or two.

So if I am on vacation or visiting family out of town, I cannot log into Fusion Cash to do any offers?

I guess if it's a computer that does not have a FC account then it's ok, Because I check my account at work and I have had no problems

Gald that you are back.  Wow I guess i had better be careful too cause when i am out and about i try to check my FC account.  Thanks for the helpful information
