Wish I had it.  The infomercials make it seem so intense - I am an intense workout guy and love working on core and strength training

It is a DVD work out. I think I paid like $130 i can't remember, because it's been about 2yrs since I bought it. Go to www.beachbody.com it's one of there products. It's a little price, but it's well worth it. I'm about to finish my first week and there is no muscle in my body that did not get worked out!!!!

I have yet to be able to make it through a complete work out....but I am still trying.

When I first got it, it was the same for me that's why I never got it done. Then my friend bought the Slim in six and we did it together, it's a little easier but it still gives you a good work out. It help me get my endurance and cardio up enough to get started with P90X. I waaited 2 months in btwn workout programs and I never really finished the slim in 6 i just did it enough to  where i felt i could deep up with the p90x. So maybe you just need to work on your cardio and endurance for a couple of weeks doing something else like running, jogging, or another video you may have at home. Good luck, the key is not to give up and stop! :notworthy:

Its something my husband and I want to try but we need to wait till we have the space to do it right now the basement needs to be finished and our living/dining area is crammed!  But its on our list of things to get for sure!  i have friends that have used it and as long as you use it right it works very very well.
