how long have you been a member for? cause i was a newbie and wondering when we get paid also every 20th?

You will get paid every month around the 20th if you cashout at least 25.00(15.00 of that has to be offers) by the last day of the month you get that payment the following 20th.  The payments that were made July 20th were for cashouts before or on the last day of June.
