Todays Video Credit?

I had the same problem, however another member told me to try watching them on FireFox...presto...worked like a charm.  Got credited for the videos while they were still playing.  Good luck!!

I watched several different videos yesterday and still havent been credited for them!

I also did the videos and never got credit.  I'm not sure why sometimes you get credit and sometimes you don't

i have watched three videos today and before the finish the all get credited

i believe the X that we click for finished video isnt working , .. at leats its not on mine and i also cleared my cookies and still not credited ... when we click on the X its supposed to say finished video , and if it doesnt then we dont get get credited . i have entered a support ticket so we will see ....

I have been getting credit for today's videos but had to download & use firefox to get it  ; i wasn't gettin credit under ie web browser  . I had lost my fc toolbar n had to re-download it.

i was having the same problems too but for some reason today the videos actually worked for me and i received my credit.

Hi Workmama,
I just typed FIREFOX in my FC toolbar and the MOZILLA FIREFOX LINK popped up.

I clicked DOWNLOAD & a few moments later, I had another web browser available to me to utilize.

I opened the FIREFOX window & logged into my FC Account to watch the videos.

One by One as I watched the videos, I began to receive credit.

You can always "uninstall" the browser/program if you don't wish to continue using over AOL or IE

Click on Daily - then on More Special Offers (bottom right) - then click on videos (5th tab)


I have watched 4 videos so far with no problems (I have received credit) -- I also am using firefox
