I have downloaded some free offers for cash but I have not been credited i my account what am I doing wrong

probably nothing, just clear cookies before doing anything on FC. SOmetimes you get credit and other times you don't, That happens to me alot even after I clear cookies. It gets frustrating but don't give up and keep on trying

I did not get credit for the whitesmoke download, but I saw in another post that someone else had
to unistall and then reinstall it to receive credit - so that is what my plans are for today :']

I didn't get credit for the downloads either!
