I loved the surprise look on her face when the judge was handing down the sentence. It was like she was so sure she would not get any time.  Never underestimate authority  the pen is mightier than the sword.

After repeatedly flaunting the law, she deserves the sentence she got (and the little "manicure" incident, maybe deserves more). Hopefully 90 days of cold-turkey will do what rehab couldn't...

I think she needs this to turn her life around she has talent and she is wasting it getting in trouble so much..I mean the judge was letting her off for the bracelet saying she drank..But she failed to show up to her classes for her drinking..I mean I like her but if it was someone non famous we would be in jail no chances..This is  good for her I think she will come out better..

I think when she gets to the Los Angeles County jail she will be in for a culture shock which in itself will prob do her a world of good.  She has no clue how the "other half lives" and Los Angeles is the Nations 2nd largest city - she will NOT be a happy camper in jail there.

One of 2 things will happen...either she will go gracefully & knows that this is the best thing for her right now OR she will be a douche & skip out on surrendering! But you are absolutely right...it will be a culture shock in deed! We cannot say in her defense to "not drop the soap"! LOL...it's a whole other world in a womans prison! 
She needs to GO!! Tough love is the best thing for her at this point...so her parents better get a grip! They have another daughter who seems to follow in her big sisters footsteps!

I don't think Jail or rehab will make a difference to Lindsey. She seriously needs to grow up and start acting like an adult instead of the selfish, self centered, spoiled rotten child that she is. She has gotten away with way too much for too long, and now it's time for her to own up to her stupidity and take it like a woman. Celebrities make me so mad, as they act like they are superior to everyone else, and that they should be granted special priviliges because of who they are.

I think she should go to jail but I hope she learns from this.

I dont think that she will end up serving all of her time.  I think that she deserves what she got, plus more.  but i am not the judge.

I agree she should serve the time however I don't really see the fingernail thing any differently then her having "Shhh" tattooed on her index finger.
