What do you like better grape juice or apple juice?

To be honest, I like them both the same.

However, they must be unsweetened, organic and unpasteurized.  Pasteurized anything kills all enzymes, so I like close to natural as possible.

A friend grows grapes locally, so when we get them, we juice them ourselves.

I never really drank grape juice, growing up my mother always bought apple juice. I think apple juice has a better taste.

Both are great to have.   My kids love grape juice more than apple juice.  I am happy that they are drinking juice rather than soda.
