I 've been unemployed for 2years. Every scents I've been looking for a job. It seems like the more application I apply for nobody calls me. Even if I put it online. They be like we will call you don't call us. In still nobody calls. I have call ads in the paper the answer machine comes on. Beep! leave your name, address, state, zip code, phone number we will get back to you. Still nobody calls. So I think some company's are putting ads in the paper and they are not hiring. They are lying to the people that are unemployed. What do you think?

??? It used to happen around here alot.  I think that they are for some reason required to seek new applicants even if they aren't hiring.  Maybe it's a just incase thing.  They have a back up plan if they let someone go.  Also there was a time when a few of the places in this area you really needed to know someone that worked there to get hired, that way the company could keep out certain types of people and not risk law suits.  So yes, I think companies play games like that.  I still would call back or check up on my applications.
