I haven't smoked in two days.  It is really hard quitting but I did do it once for five years and then started back up again.  I'm using patches and an electric cigarette called Njoy.

I was 21 when I started smoking regularly and oh my god I want to stop so bad it seems pointless especially with the cost and since i got a new car and I will not smoke in it I think if I can do that why the heck cannot I not just quit grrr it is so hard!!

i know ur will power will be strong enough for u to quit very soon. good luck.. BLESS U!! if u quit, ur lungs will start to heal. it will be healthier for people around u too. i hope it's a success.

YES I TOTALLY AGREE! my friends ex husbend says the government is trying to thin out the population with cigarettes and whatever else.. plus they make a killing... so it wont be taken off the market ne time soon.

When I was little my grandparents chain smoked and that was enough to make me never want to smoke, I would have to wash my hair 4 times when I came back from spending the weekend at their house. It was so smoky in their house that I would keep my bag in the garage so I don't take that smell with me home.

 there was a few places that i stayed alot where the parents were smoking. i hated it but i loved being with my friends. i had to take a bath when i got home but only one wash did it. and i had to wash my clothes too. that smell makes me want to throw up. it is so nasty! why chose to die a slow death? dumb a$$!!

No, I do not smoke now. Thank God for deliverance. I never smoked until I went through a very rebellious period in my life. I smoked for 5 years and did some other very unhealthy and ungodly things during this time. God still loved me and took care of me. I truly love the poem titled "FOOTPRINTS". It describes me during this time.

When I came back to God and sanity, I asked him to deliver me from the addiction of cigaretts and other things. HE DID. I Praise Him and Thank Him every day.

I am now allergic to cigarette smoke. Ha, Ha, Ha. God does have a sense of humor.
