I use to : stopped because i wanted to. It's all inthe mind.

It is hard to quit.  But I quit 4 years ago after smoking for 45 years.  I wanted to stop.  Just laid them down and never wanted another one.   I figured all the money I spent on cigs. I could have had a lot more than I have now.   I can tell the difference in my money now.   I am thankful I could quit when I did.  I feel so much better now.  I use to wake up coughing at night.  Now I don't.

Heck no!!! Thats an expensive habit!!!  Not only does it cost $3,000 per year, depending on how much you smoke per day, but it also is deteriorating your health!!  What is the point of it!?

Yuck-no way!  I can't believe how much cigarettes cost now, either.  how can anyone afford to smoke?? 
I've tried it a few times when I was younger, but fortunately I never even liked it.

YeaNO. Like its been said, it is pretty 'spensive. Especially for someone without a lot of cash money considerations.

I hate smoking. The person might be really good but he or she smokes that might be the only reason for me to hate him/her.

And I don't understand why people smoke, It is harmful for health. So, please I urge to stop smoking.

Tried smoking once when I was about 11yr old but my aunt gave me the beating of my life n my other cousins also, ever since that day I never moved close to people that smoke not to mention trying it.

I do not smoke only when I am really drunk, but I hardly get drunk. I hate smelling smoke, bugs me

yes I do.  Started at 16 am 44 now.  I bought an electronic cigarette system, but have 30 pounds to lose before I try to quit.  Can't do both at the same time.

I started smoking at a young age.  I was a teenager.  I've gone through two pregnancies and quit so both of them.  And like an idiot I went right back as soon as I had them.  I would love to quit but it is alot easier said then done.

i smoke accasionly but its rare. Most people smoke for different reasons mine is because of stress or to help my food go down.

Sorry but its such a bad habit to break...My mother was a smoker since her early 20's...The patch helped her quit..Being diabetic she had no choice. Hope this help...Good luck
