Expired Paymets
« on: September 07, 2007, 04:37:47 pm »
When I went to check on my account status, I noticed that my payments due me were "expired".  What the heck does that mean?  Anyone else have this issue and have it resolved?  I can't seem to get any answers.

Thanks.

cathi0928,
Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 90 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 90 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Well, I wasn't aware of that, is there some one-time exception?  I come back to get my funds to find them gone! >:(

Yea you might too long to cash out. On the site it say 180 days so I dont know. That is why as soon as I get enough each time I am going to cash out.
