28 weeks pregnant with first child.
« on: June 23, 2010, 09:52:05 am »
This experience thus far has been a good one. No morning sickness, just a lil bit of discomfort due to his positing. :male: But he is moving a lot more now. Crazy of how much he moves around. The punches/kicks have a little bit of force in them.  I have yet to get any crazy cravings other than fruit. I have gained all of the weight on my belly and yes I do get tired but still walking and stretching. Trying to be a good mommy for my little: angel12:

I do have to take Flintstones vitamins instead of the prenatal due to the fact that they don't make me break out in a rash. Allergies suck!

Congratulations!  My first is 15 months, and my youngest is 3 months.  I suggest birth control, unless you're trying to beat out the 19 kids and counting family.  They're a handful (times two), but well worth every moment of stress and tiredness.

I am very happy for you.  I forgot to have kids while I could so I won't be sharing that experience with you but I think kids are great and I really admire anyone who is willing to take it on to raise a child. So much more difficult now than 30 years ago I think.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I have 4 of my own, 3 girls and 1 boy, my pregnancies were okay, but I had morning sickness with my girls and all day sickness with my boy lol.. but let me agree with everyone, the time flies by its so hard to believe my kids are the ages they are, (8, 6, 3, and 4 months) It doesn't feel like its been so long since the first day I held my eldest for the first time.. I have to say, kids are the most amazing girfts from God ever! Enjoy every giggle, smile, and diaper lol  because as soon as u know it they are older and don't need you to entertain them, wish I had known that with my first one then I would have probably not complained so much to my mother lol.. Now I take each day in, even the bad ones, because those too will pass... Again congrats on ur little angel baby!!!

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LITTLE ONE THAT IS ON THE WAY! He or she must kick you already! LOL ! Since you are having your first child I suggest that you read the book What to Expect When you're Expecting. It is a great guide from the planning stage through postpartum and a lot of fun stories inside as well. Enjoy the precious time!
