not getting credits for referrals

why am i not getting credit for referrals? on the side it gave me credit for the referrals but i didnt get approved and money wasnt added to my account. please help i have a lot that i did not get credit for. thanks

Are you sure that they completed the tasks that they needed to do in order for you to be credited. One is to confirm their contact information, and the other is to actually complete an offer. You won't get paid a bonus if they don't do either.

i am not sure if they completed an offer or not but it does say you get 1 dollar just from the email confirmation but either way they gave me credit on the list with all your referrals but not on the amount.  My referrals names are showing up on the list but not on the list where approved offers go.thanks

are u getting the credit on the referral list as well?

They have to confirm email,and do an offer.
If they just made an account they are still under your refferals.
Also,if someone is in your household with the same IP address and makes an account it does not count.
