taxes?
« on: January 09, 2008, 01:11:42 pm »
When receiving money from this site, do you need to claim this income on your taxes?
How does this affect your tax paperwork?
Anyone know? Thanks!

When you reach 600 dollars per calender year you will need to fill out a W-9. All income should be reported to the IRS by law.

So if you earn approx. 500 this year, and then 500 next year, etc., you'll never have to file a W-2? Or is it 600 cumulative?

We would not send a W-9 until you reach 600 but again, you are required by law to report any and all income.
