There's also a helpful little tool called the SEARCH box. It is located, top right (under the NO CATCH, JUST CASH heading). Run your mouse over the word SEARCH and the drop down box will appear. Whatever offer you're searching for will come up in the results!

There are times when you can go back and do offers if they don't credit. On the account page where it shows what you clicked on, find the offer you believe that you did, and click on it. Sometimes it's something as simple as you not completing a form, or not staying on the page long enough. Give that a try first and if it doesn't work forget about the offer.
