There is no big secret to weight loss. Just eat less and eat healthy and exercise more.

Loosing weight can be a challenge. I have tried the following and it has worked for me. I hope it will for you.
1. Remove all animal flesh from the diet,and all their by products (chicken, fish, beef, milk cheese, butter, chocolate.
2. Walk for one (1) hour per day. Walking is the best exercise.
3. Get to bed in a dark room before 10 pm at nights.
4. Increase your water intake.
5. have a fiber rich cereal every day with cashew or almond milk.
6. It two meals per day, and ensure they are five hours apart, and the second one must be at least five hours before bedtime.
7. Spend sometime in meditation, and prayer.

First off, meat or animal products are nessecary to have a healthy diet, and second, chocolate is not an animal product. It's made from a plant. You can get it without milk in it.

what my husband has done has switched to all natural foods nothing processed and none of that so called organic stuff most ppl dont know that if god made it then its natural and its been proven that you have to eat some fat to lose fat and alot of ppl also dont eat enough calories to burn calories and also exercise with the nothing PROCESSED solution

After I had my baby I went on Slimquick Powder single packs.  You just add it to a 20oz bottled water 3 times a day 1 with every meal.  Follow the diet included in the kit, switch to skim milk or soy milk.  Exercise regularly or when ever you can.  And the powder packs taste like juice so it works out great. I like dancing so I would turn on my stereo as I am cleaning and then start my own dance routine.  So this way it was entertaining for both my daughter and myself and it did not seem like work.

Just do some type of activity that keeps you moving and entertaining.  I lost 10 pounds in two weeks using this method.  So I would recommend it! :thumbsup:

     8)    Here are some tips that really work: Try your favorite juice...make sure you go to the bathroom on a regular basis and never experience any constipation, drink plenty of water to eliminate all or most body toxins, design a sensible diet...never overeat, try hospital portion meals, if you are really bloated- try some water pills to eliminate excess water. I tried many pills and programs and they really never work for me. These tips really work for me.

sparkpeople.com is a good site to use for weight loss. I ope i spelled that right. I have recently joined and its a good site. i lost 80 pounds and now im stuck in a rut. mainly because i just keep craving junk food. and no im not pregnant.

When I want to shred up/cut some fat/weight, I follow a strict diet, time my carbs (none at night) and am involved in high intensity cardio and strength building workouts

just eat healthy and don't eat out often unless its outside eating a picnic. Get your heart going for at least 20 min (that is when you start losing the calories) and do things you normally wouldn't do(jog/run up a hill instead of walk)

simple....eat less and exercise more. There is no magic bullet that is going to do all the work for you.

Just try to find exercise that you enjoy. Personally I enjoy back country hiking and it burns massive amounts of calories.

I have a friend who walks on a tread mill and makes it easier to bear by rocking out on her Ipod while walking.

Also most doctors recommend 5 or 6 tiny meals rather then gorging on just three. Small amounts often fuel your metabolism and the calories are easier fully utilized rather then being stored as excess in the form of fat.

Keep in mind that muscle is more dense there for heavier then fat so you may be getting a lot more fit but gain weight.
Dont get so caught up on the scale reading but concentrate more on your BMI (body mass index)
