you answered your own question.... no you can't if it's all from referrals... you have to have 15.00 from offers your did your self each month.

Well, I just cashed out and had no problem getting $52.50 with only one referral.

So it's not too hard to get the $15.00 required.

what you do if you have done all the offers is... get referrlas and do the daily surveys... even if you don't get referrals both daily surveys done each day gets you 52.50 right there just from them. so it's not hard to do at all if you really want to.

all thats left to do is refer, refer, refer! and then.........you can "try" and find a way in which to reach the minimum $15.00 every month of completed offers that is required of you before you can cash out, and THEN you can hope that one of your 80 some referrals cashes out this month! thats about it! you are obviously a newbie! not an insult, just stating the facts! when you have been here for awhile it becomes increasingly harder and harder to reach that $15.00 required of you in order to cashout your referral money! give it a few months and you will find yourself in the same position as the person that was complaining.
