DO YOU THINK BP SHOULD EXCEPT HELP FROM US REGULAR FOLKS?

Do you think that BP should listen to people that might really know ways to help.  Down here in the area were I live a man that tried to offer a really logicial idea to help contain the oil in one area of the main leak.  He lives in Mobile (who is a physics major) and took time out of his schedule and went to New Orleans to talk to someone about taking something that would wrap around the main leak they would not even give him the time of day.  He does have a really good idea even stated by an engineer that would work to help with capturing the oil more effectively.  Since oil rises it would help to keep it in one place so they could suction it off at the top.  What do you think?
