If  I am up at 3 in the morning, you can  bet I won't be on the computer.  It is usually because my 3 y.o. has woken up and in need of something. Or I have to go pee!!

If I'm ever up at that time it is either I have to go to the bathroom, or I can't sleep...or either I'm still up watching late tv.

I'm never up at 3 a.m. in the wee hours of early morning. I'm usually dead asleep. Zzzzz....Zzzz.... A person can't always stay up all night if you want to cut your life short. I'd be really messed up if I don't have enough sleep.

Mostly b/c my sleep pattern is off really bad and my fibromyalgia is really bad so it doesn't allow me to sleep much on some days.   Right now its 10:40 pm here.

Well in my case I'm hypreactive so I naturally stay up until about 5 in the morning. But then again I have to be u at 6 for sschool, so I take my meds to go to sleep early.
