I would have to say Buffy the Vampire Slayer the one with Sarah Michell Giller.    Watched them all.  I guess the series of  Charmed would be second one that I started out watching.  Heck I don't know to many to choose from.

Ghost Whisperer is pretty good.  I watched Psychic Kids, I think that is the name of it,  a couple of times, it was pretty good.

Patrick Macnee's Real Ghost Stories. Of course not all info presented are accurate, but it's still fun and suspenseful to watch in a dramatic way.
