Has anyone done a support ticket and still have not gotten a response?

Oh yeah!  do a support ticket if you need help!  They at FusionCash are busy but they communicate very well with you on what they need to help you.  Just make sure you have your confirmation emails ready and such infomation to verify that you completed the task on the offer.  They will use that to get the money from the advertising company that offered the offer.
