not sure about the credit ones but... i know that stamps, invest and the other one all state that they will put a hold on the full amount on the 1st month ontop of what you are paying then... it's in the tos or the privecy thingy. one or the other. stamps tells you when you check out.... also in fine print

I always use a Wired Plastic PrePaid Visa for things like this.  You can't get screwed out of any more than you put on your card.  I had one anyway before i started doing FC......so it worked out great.  They are the cheapest I found back when I got it.  $10 activation and like $3.00 a month or something.  Its worth it to have the peace of mind for me......to pay the 3 bucks.

I had the same charge on my debit card, so I called the 800 number that was listed in the description column of my online bank account.  They said that it was just a preauth and that it would disappear in 2-3 days, which it did, so I am happy again!  Hope it works out for you!!!

hey suppa wHat I would do is call up your credit card company and dispute those charges or have them explain where they came from. most credit card company's that i have anyway are very helpful and solving issues like that. I never use a credit card on any of offers I use pay pal that way if something like that happens pay pal has my back.  Talking about offers Im extremely upset with two of em that I did. can not mention names of the offers against fusion rules to put down company. I feel ripped off big time. still haveing a hard time getting resulution when I have called them. they give me a song and a dance. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I wish i could tell you all to stay away from these but unfortunantly I can not. feel like my hands are tied here . i want to help others not get ripped off like i did grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. sorry but im so angry.

lets put it this way they are finding a way to double charge me. 16.I did not like the free trial. I did everything right next thing you know im being billed for a nother month of service. which I did not approve.  and fighting for another refund  to get  68.00 back. I had sent back 2 weeks ago and still no refund cause I refuse to pay 68.00 cause to me the product is very cheap and low quality. I could of got it at the dollar store trust me.. so far loss is 75.00 I may get one of the refunds back but its like pulling teeth.when I had called them they said they have recieved my package i sent and would take 3 days to credit my account will that was march 4 3 days my  :bootyshake:

I've done stamps.com before and i think they put an authorization on your card for the membership fee but it's supposed to drop off in a few days.  I never had a problem with them.  I know first hand some of the free trial offers do that, but the charges have always stayed pending and then went away in a few days... altho while those charges are pending you can't use that money... I think that's where some of the confusion comes from.
huuuuge pain in the butt when they hold money and you get overdraft fees for for charges you have the funds for  :bs:

I also would be very careful with a credit card..mine was charged over 100 dollars without my permission  :crybaby2: so be wary of offers,,( I also can't mention) that ask for CCs.

I got the money back...I didn;t even know who the Companies were..they somehow got into one of my offers I did on here..they do sell our info these "deals" and such.

Not Fusion cash but some of the other Co's.
