Phone confirmation help

Hello everyone

I put my phone number in multiple times, waited the up to a minute or two after the 20 seconds, and still no phone call came in. Is it temporarily broken or is this something permanent? I need that verification code

You should open a support ticket and let Admin know you haven't been able to verify your phone.

You could also e-mail them at support@fusioncash.com

I opened a ticket, but it's going to take two business days for a response. by that time I couldve filled out 100 more offers  :/ If an admin could help set things straight, or even let me know there's a server issue with a timeframe, I will continue to fill out surveys. If not, I might call it quits and take all my friends with me not worth it to fax them my ID

Since its not worth you faxing FC your ID, there isn't much anyone in the Forum can advise you.  This needs to be taken up strickly with FC Admin and Staff.

As I said in a previous post, you could also try e-mailing them. 

Hope you get it all straightened out.

You're right.  because it doesn't make sense, I asked all my friends to try it at their home computers. none of them called their phones. I will open a ticket. Thanks
