I have no opinion one way or the other -- i don't think admin will/should do anything - there are many meaningless posts here and unless they are vulgar then they are not breaking the rules, right?

Actually,  I think that not knowing the language could be an excuse in this instance.  "Ignorance of the law is no excuse" is a cute phrase, but it doesn't count for much on an internet discussion board.

I guess I'm not the only one who thinks there are too many off topic posts in this section.
Some of tiffdej1's threads have three emoticons which doesn't even qualify for a forum bonus because it's nonsense and it doesn't contribute to anything at all. It's just spam.
