I read over the entire site myself and cannot find a phone number either.  There is the e-mail for support, but you already said you have done that, with no response, although the site says e-mails are answered 24/7.  :dontknow:

It does say, however, that you can click on the Contact Us link but I don't see that link.  Maybe you have to be a member to be able to utilize that link.  :dontknow:

I would, to be on the safe side, contact my bank and/or CC company and put in a dispute at this point.

I realize talk of cancellation is not permitted on FC, but I do feel that this is a different circumstance, as you are not receiving the service you have paid for.  :)

Good Luck to you on this matter and I hope everything works out.

Can you get like HBO and stuff and the main channels, NBC, ABC, FOX, CArtoon Network and stuff like that?
You know what I just noticed abuot this site. There is no proverbial satellite beaming down showing you something like Direct TV would, it only gives you links to websites who give the content free. HBO is there, sure it is, but you only see promotional clips and interviews. And it's actually just streaming video directly from the HBO site that anyone and everyone can see. I am not happy with the fact that I paid 35 dollars for something I already do. That really bites. Sure, technically it's free, but we're paying them for a list of other free websites. They're basically making a profit off of people for something they get free. Oh, well and the cost to run the site I suppose... [scoff]

The only way I'd keep my membership with them is if they're offering me something (that I want) that I can't get on my own. Personally, I'm not going to tell any of you what to do and jeopardize my account on Fusion cash but you all do the math and come to your own decision.
