I'm still not sure how it is theft for work rendered anyway considering this isn't a job or a promise of employment.  I know i didn't fill out any forms such as a W2, W4, or any other form for that matter.  I don't know what is wrong with these people but I think it will be funny to see what lawyer would actually take a case for a lawsuit that has no merit.  Good Luck with that!  Oh and Merry Christmas! It seems like you already have that Christmas spirit.

I think there is at least one 'special' person in just about every forum on a gpt site...the reality is this..you are clearly new to the world of GPT sites...most sites DO NOT pay out as quickly as this one, and even tho im NOT a FC groupie, i have to give credit where its due.

They paid me direct deposit and it went just fine..(i was kinda surprised my damn self..lol)they paid just like they said they would, cashout amounts will be listed as pending UNTIL the day your money is sent out. There are a few sites that have taken its members money an run, and i have not heard of even those members gettin local law involved.

On any site you join like this, u run the risk of losing your earnings, but the good sites outnumber the bad ten to one...I know you think some of the comments directed toward you are rude, but dont be too offended, FC may have some issues, but paying its members is not one of them..

so relax...and make some money..and if you find you dont care for this site...there are others u can try...but keep in mind...most DO NOT pay even as quickly as this one..there are a few daily/weekly payout sites left..but most have to protect themselves from the rampant fraud that goes on, an the extra time it takes to payout allows sites to weed out the bad from the good...

even  i havnt received my check yet.i cashed out in october,the check was printed on 13th november.still no check.when i raised a ticket ,they said my apt number was written before the street name.they gave me 2 options1) wait for 6 months 4 the check 2 be cancelled & the they will issue me a new check

2)i can stop payment,pay $10 & then they will reissue the check

i understand you are upset but... living in a apt you should know to post that after the main address. other wise it goes elsewhere. they can not just send out a new check as, not saying you are... but what if someone would say hey i  never got my check. then fc sends out a new ones and then the person goes and cashes both checks... that is why you have to wait or do a stop payment. and yes you have to pay for it... why should they if you made the mistake? and 10 bucks is cheap. not sure where their bank is.. i forget, but i know most banks here in PA it is 25 - 35.00 for a stop payment on a check.

  You all are confusing two seperate issues. First of foremost, any site can state in their TOS (Terms of Service)
if it violates state or federal law that trumps any sites TOS. Moreover, any transactions (internet) that crosses state lines and a credit card is used is deemed a federal crime, since is crossed state lines. Depends on if the Feds wish to push it. Now allow me to respond.

Someone mentioned a lawyer would laugh... A civil lawyer has nothing to do with state and federal crimes.
If people are being 'deceived with the intent to deceive' that  in itself is a fraud and deception, both are crimes, especially if a credit card is used. Though, one does not have to respond to credit card offers.
'Intent' is once one completes the offer one receives x amount of instant credit.

Hence you spend money and didn't receive item or 'agreed upon amount' in other words, you completed the offer for credit not to really receive the item. That is deception and fraud, epsecially if it's known beforehand that advertiser will not pay out.

Lastly, the 'fraud, deception, theft' occures when you complete work for instant credit it's never received but the site receives their share of your work. Unless you're working for free.

So in essence if the site receives any compensation for work or referrals by you (or your friends) and one isn't paid, that is a crime...it's fraud, a deception, a theft. The fraud is that they never had intentions to pay. The deception is they told you if you signed up you will receive this credit/money. The theft is if they are paid but you are not. But you did the work.

Now I'm not saying the site is doing this. I'm answering questions why if the site doesn't pay it's a crime of state and federal...By the way, I find it odd this site has no mailing address listed nor telephone number, but they wish to verify your address, phone and/or bank account...ciao

What doesn't make any sense is why you started this thread in the first place.  Your comment was about the time it takes to get paid.  Admin confirmed what you stated and then you proceeded to reply that you already knew what was stated in the TOS (which you agreed to when you signed up)...  What was your question?  If you already knew what the TOS said and you didn't like it, why did you sign up?  Seems to me you haven't even given this site a chance to prove itself...  you start screaming fraud right off the bat...  talking about getting the law involved.  If you read the terms and conditions then you also know that it states that FC isn't responsible for the terms or conditions of the offers on this site because they have no control over them.  It also states that FC DOES NOT GUARANTEE payment for offers that do not credit.  Also, FC doesn't take your credit card info when you complete an offer, that info goes directly to the company who offers the actual service.

Seems to me that this whole thread was just a way to create drama...  Are you that bored?

But they wish to verify all your info? The 'about me' section doesn't even explain who is behind this site...For all the people that claimed to have been paid, I have read posts of different people who have not been paid.

As I stated previously, if I am not paid I will be filing complaints with the Santa Cruz police, California Attorney General's office and the FBI fraud internet website. As well as telephone  and fax the city prosecutor in  Santa Cruz. According to my research Tyler D. is the owner of this site....and the address listed is a po box.
It is Federal mail fraud for any person or company to use a po box to commit a fraud.
This  site is supposedly incorporated.

It seems as if you've already had something go wrong.  I don't understand all the threats if nothing has happened yet.  It's like meeting someone on the street for the first time and then screaming that you're going to call the police if they try to rob you.  Why???

And where are you seeing all these people who've never received payment?  The only posts like that I've seen is from people who try to take the check to a bank where they don't have an account.  From what I've seen, anyone who's requested paypal, or who has just deposited the check into ther account has had no problems being paid.  Even people who take their check to check cashing places have had no problem.

And as far as there being no replies to why there isn't a mailing address or phone number, the forum isn't really the place to ask.  We're members just like you.  We wouldn't know that information.  You'd have to contact the site.  Which I'm sure you've already done.  I'm just saying that in the forum we can't answer questions like that.  True, admin is here sometimes, but they don't see every single post....

Now, I wonder if all your earnings will then be recorded and looked into for tax purposes. Do you file all earnings you receive from online sites to your federal tax file?
