Gold Baseball Card Offer
« on: May 03, 2010, 09:39:04 am »
Has anyone received credit for this offer lately?

I sent in a support ticket saying:
I was wondering if you could look into the gold baseball offer that I completed on May 1st 2:27AM

I successfully paid for the trial and received my confirmation email at that time. The email address I used was ------@gmail.com

Thank You!

And this is the response I received:
If you're not automatically credited for an offer you completed after 30 days, we apologize, but there is nothing that we can do.

Now I understand all about gpt sites and what's involved with an offer. But wouldn't you think it is in FusionCash's best interest to contact the advertiser for manual credit if something went wrong so they get paid for the offer I done as well as whoever else doesn't receive credit?

I would think so...Looking forward to a better response lol

I tried numerous times to get my offer to go through, but to no avail. Here is the response I got from customer support. Making it my fault.

I tried numerous times to get the offer to go through, but to NO avail. Here is the response I got from FusionCash customer support.Hi Peggy,

I checked the links that you emailed over, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them. You have to realize that due to different browser/computer configurations, locations, or special conditions in the code of the merchant's webpage, it is possible that you and I are seeing different things when viewing the same web page. That's why we're asking for a screen shot of the pages where you are having difficulties.

Here are some instructions for taking a screenshot:
http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screenshot-in-Microsoft-Windows
Just email the screenshot(s) as attachments to the same address as before.
FusionCash Support
2010-03-14 14:23:25 I did check the offer out. If the offer was broken, then others would not be able to complete the offer and would not have been credited for the offer. Your original ticket was sent on the 12th of March and we have had offer completions on the 13th of March from other FusionCash members.

The offers are different pages, even owned by the same company they are scripted differently. I understand that there is no radio button to check to agree to the Terms, but when I tried to fill out the form and left my credit card information blank, the only thing it required me to fill in was my credit card information.

Try to complete the offer again, if it does not go though, email me a screen shot to Kohler@fusioncash.com and I will review it. If I see that the offer is not acting as it should I will take it down.

Also, yelling in caps does not help your issue, neither does telling me that I do not value my job or my customers. I am leaving this ticket open since you have requested on the forums that I do so.

NO, NO, NO, Your assumption is WRONG!!! If I already have an account with them is the reason the offer won't go through then HOW DID I GET ALL THESE OTHER 3 OFFERS TO GO THROUGH?? Here are the offers that I have done with them, TAKEN RIGHT OFF THEIR WEBSITE!!

52034937 Commander Spock Gold Card from Star Trek Gold Cards Your item shipped on Monday, December 14 2009 via USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks after ship date for delivery. (Sorry no tracking information is available).

52362589 The Steelers Super Bowl XL Shot Glass from NFL Shot Glasses We expect to ship your order by Thursday, May 13 2010. We're sorry about the delay.

52362589 Pug Crystal Someone to Comfort Orn from Pug Crystal Ornaments Your item shipped on Wednesday, March 10 2010 via USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks after ship date for delivery. (Sorry no tracking information is available).

I DON"T KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET IT THROUGH TO YOU THAT PART OF THE OFFER PAGE IS MISSING . YOU EVEN SAID THAT YOU WENT TO THE PAGE AND DID NOT SEE THE PART THAT IS MISSING. DUH?????

DO YOU RECKON THAT THE REASON THAT YOU DO NOT SEE IT COULD POSSIBLY BE THAT IT IS NOT THERE TO BE SEEN??? JUST LIKE I HAVE BEEN TELLING YOU!!!!

YOU SAY THAT I SHOULD CHANGE BROWSERS. WELL JUST LIKE I TOLD YOU BEFORE,,, THE OTHER 2 OFFERS WENT THROUGH WITH THE VERY SAME BROWSER THAT I AM STILL USING.

soooooo IF the first 2 went through with this browser, then WHY should this one not go through??? Especially since it is with the same company!!!

The reason the offer won't go through is BECAUSE PART OF THE OFFER PAGE IS MISSING!!!

Did you attempt to do the offer yourself, like I suggested?? NO

Did you go and look at offer pages of the other 2 offers that they have on FusionCash, like I suggested?? NO

If you really value your job and your customers, Why did you refuse to check it out ??

Do you know how to contact technical department of FusionCash?? Perhaps they could resolve this issue.

Peggy Collis----freepcmoney

No, your Danbury Mint account. I assume its not going to let you sign up for the cards if you have an account with the company on that email address already.

This offer works, we have people completing it almost daily - so I know the offer allows people to complete and be paid for it.

My suggestion is to call them and see if they can help you out. But there are plenty of FusionCash members completing this offer. Again, try changing your browser.

2010-03-13 21:44:55 You must think I am awfully stupid. YES I HAVE LOGGED INTO MY FUSIONCASH ACCOUNT ALL OF THE 7 TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO COMPLETE THIS OFFER !!

Just like I TOLD YOU the box to check that you have read and accept the terms of this offer IS NOT THERE. SO HOW COULD YOU SEE IT, IF IT IS NOT THERE??? JUST LIKE I TOLD YOU!!!

When you try to submit a blank form, it tells you about ALL the parts that are blank, BUT it does not alert on the terms of the offer, BECAUSE IT IS NOT THERE TO ALERT ON!!!

Suggestion: Go to the Crystal Pug Ornament, OR the NFL Steelers Shot Glass Offer and look at their sign up page. You will see the "MISSING PART". Then maybe, just maybe you can understand what I am talking about.

ALL 3 of these offers are made by The Danbury Mint.
When I try to submit The Gold Baseball Offer I always get this Error. Here is a link to it. Click it and see, PLEASE!! Well you will have to copy and paste it into your browser, in order to check it out..

http://www.danburymint.com/errors.aspx

How many people have completed this offer since I joined Fushioncash??

Why don't you complete the offer?? Well, auctually, ALL you will be able to do is TRY to complete the offer. It only costs $1.90, I think. You have 30 days to call the 800 number and cancel IF you don't want to get anymore of the Gold Baseball Cards. BUT, DON"T WORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANYTHING!!

They are an excellent company to deal with. If you ask them to cancel, they will, and NO PROBLEMS. They don't try to scam you like some companies. I really want the Gold Babe Ruth card for my grandson's Birthday. I might get some of the other cards, and give him one for every good report card.

Peggy Collis----freepcmoney
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you login with your account before filling out the form? I do not see a box for terms of service to check off below the credit card information and when I try to submit a blank form, it does not alert me to a missing a terms of service check box. There are users completing this offer, so I know that other members of FusionCash are able to get all the way through.

2010-03-12 20:42:02 Well don't you think it is funny that I used the very same browser to do the other 2 offers with the very same company and had NO problem??

I TOLD YOU THAT PART OF THIS OFFER PAGE IS MISSING!!

I just went and tried to do the offer again. I can see the entire sign up sheet, BUT PART OF THE OFFER PAGE IS MISSING!!

You put in your credit card number. Just below that, you put in the cvv number and the expiration date.

HERE IN THIS BIG BLANK SPACE IS WHERE THE PART IS MISSING-----There is supposed to be a box to check, and it says that I have read and agree to the terms of this offer.
IT IS NOT THERE!!! SEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Down here is the Orange Button that says ORDER NOW.

Peggy Collis-----freepcmoney

It may be your browser, try another one. I am currently using Google Chrome and can see the entire sign up sheet and submit button.
freepcmoney
2010-03-12 09:02:59 I have completed 2 offers from Danbury Mint. The Crystal Pug Ornament and NFL Pittsburg Stealers Shot Glasses.

I tried numerous times to complete their Gold Baseball Card offer, and it would not go through. I FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT IS WRONG. Part of the web page is MISSING!!

The part where you are supposed to click on the box that says you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this offer. IT IS JUST BLANK!!! this is WHY this offer will NOT WORK for ANYONE!!

EVERYONE IS LOSING MONEY!! CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IT???

Thanks,
Peggy Collis (freepcmoney)

I DO NOT know if Fusion Cash gets paid from the advertiser or NOT, for ALL offers that go through to the advertiser from the FusionCash website, BUT somehow some  of them DO NOT get credited to the customer. Therefore Fusion Cash would get their money and not have to pay the customer, and this Gold Baseball Card is a REALLY GOOD OFFER. The pay is GREAT, only IF you can get it.

NOW don't ANYONE accuse me of saying that Fusion Cash is doing this, BECAUSE I AM NOT SAYING THAT. I was just posing a possibility.

And this is the response I received:

It seems this site always says its our fault whenever an offer doesn't go through. I prefer this site over others for refs but not for offers and will continue using it BUT I have NEVER done an offer with Danbury Mint and cookies were cleared prior to attempting the offer. I have never had an issue completing offers with FireFox so it cannot be because of FireFox.

This is the 2nd time I've got a copy/paste job reply to my ticket. 1st time was 7 months ago with my first ticket. I've had a few free offers not go through since then but didn't even bother sending a support ticket because of exactly this.

Anyone else got any experience with this offer whether good or bad?

I'm hoping from a "real" response from the admin.

I ordered the card a few days ago, and it has not credited to my account. I guess you win some, you lose some.

It's pretty simple.  If we get paid, you get paid.  If you weren't credited, it means that your enrollment was not tracked, which can happen for a variety of reasons.

Although we used to accept manual credit requests, we do not any longer due to the high rate of fraud and the difficulties associated with getting an advertiser to pay for untracked signups.  It was simply a losing game where we (and our members) were strung along for months, only to be told that there's no way of being paid.  It sucks that there isn't anything we can do, but we tell you up front and not 3-4 months down the line.

Nice to know...Guess I'm not gonna ever do trials here anymore. I understand the fraud thing but from the way I see it, it would make it pretty easy for your advertisers to fraud FusionCash by saying it didn't track, bla bla bla, credit a few here and there and not credit the rest.

I'm not worried about the $2 spent on the trial but the fact this offer has been less than reliable from the reading I've done now, yet it's still up on the page and making danbury mint money. It's definitely not my decision to make but If it were my site that offer would be taken down until the advertisers "fix" their crediting issues. There's nothing wrong with my config.

Thanks for the better explanation.

Well, Danbury Mint did not make any money off of me with this offer, BECAUSE I could never get the offer to go through. I really wanted the offer. I have done business with them in the past several times, and they have proven themselves to be a very honest and reliable company as far as I know.

Way back when this offer first come on this website (early March, I think)I went round and round with Kohler about this problem, BUT GOT NOWHERE. I told her that part of the webpage was missing. There is supposed to be a part that says (Click here _____ I have read and agree to the terms of this offer), BUT that part IS NOT there. She told me first that it must be my browser. I told her that it is the same browser that I have used to do ALL the offers with. Then she said it must be because I am already a customer with them. I told her that I was a customer with them BEFORE I ever came to FusionCash and that the offers for the Crystal Pug Ornament, and the Steelers Glasses had gone through. Then she wanted me to send her a screenshot of the offer page. I told her to just click on it and see for herself. I did not know how to take and send a screenshot and was not going to waste any more of my time to try to learn!!!!!!!

You are so right my friend. About half of the offers I have done, I did not get any credit . After wasting lots of time and going round and round with customer no service, and having everything blamed on me. I just started mostly doing the daiys.

But just recently I had a problem with Episode I Brighten Falls video. It took forever for it to load. I tried it twice. It finished both times, BUT NO credit. I contacted Customer NO Service. I was told that it must be  my browser. She said ALL the videos had been credited to her, BUT when I just keep pressing her to get an answer IF THIS PARTICULAR VIDEO HAD LOADED FOR HER, then she finally admitted that she could not even pull up that video. Yet she had already told me about my BAD attitude. Well, I proceded to explain to her the definition of incompetence, and that could cause some people to develop a bad attitude.

I also explained to her that many people have problems with the videos and offers not crediting, but they just don't waste time reporting to FC customer service, because she had told me earlier that No One but me had complained about the video.

I explained to her that the advertisers are loosing money, Fusion Cash is loosing money, Fusion Cash Customers are loosing money, AND the only people that seem to be winning ARE the hourly paid Fusion Cash customer service reps.

freepcmoney, you have so many complaints about this site and the way it is run, I cannot fathom why you return here day after day.  If FC causes you so much heartache and headaches, why put yourself through it?  Multiple FC employees, using multiple operating systems and browsers tried to reproduce your issue with not seeing the checkbox on the Danbury Mint offers, and we were unable to find a problem -- we always saw the checkbox.  That's why we asked you to send a screenshot.  We even included a link to step by step instructions on how to take a screenshot.  We exhausted the other ways of diagnosing your problem, so we didn't have any choice but to ask you for a screenshot.

Although there may be a number of complaints about Danbury Mint offers, they are monitored on a daily basis like every other offer and they continue to credit at a higher rate than comparable offers.  That's why they are still on the site.

Slyck, it's true that advertisers have the ability to "selectively" or "randomly" credit or not credit a particular enrollment.  There is no feasible way for us to monitor this kind of behavior, other than watching the conversion rate over time.  Every single offer on the site gets complaints from time to time, so user feedback alone is not enough for us to know decisively that an advertiser is being dishonest.

And lastly, freepcmoney, although it's none of your business, FC has no hourly employees and nobody "wins" when you create massive numbers of support tickets.  I strongly suggest that you stop visiting FC once you've earned enough to cashout your existing balance, for the sake of your health and everyone else's sanity.  I know I'm not the only one who is tired of your constant and voluminous negativity.

It's fine, I'm just not going to do anymore paid trials here again. I've had more problems with this site over paid trials than I have at all other gpt sites combined. Thanks for a non copy/paste response.

I went ahead and did the NFL steeler shot glass offer and was actually credited with the same exact config, email, and CC used. I do not understand why FusionCash won't contact Danbury about the gold baseball card offer. Obviously something is wrong with it. I don't understand why admins wont do manual credits for members who have been here for awhile and VERY LESS likely to fraud.

Only reason I attempted another paid trial is cuz I have $65 in bonuses as of right now and want to get that $15 in offers without waiting 3 months of clicks or doing those annoying surveys
