How long do you have to keep the toolbar for?  That may be why you didn't get credit if you deleted it.

I never got credited for the Shop at Home Toolbar.  It made my computer run slow so I uninstalled it.

There are a few things you must install besides the toolbar. The survey must be completed as well before the credit will be instated.

I installed it too, but never got credit.
Where do you find this survey? One never came up during the installation process.

I installed the toolbar today, my internet connection started running slower than usual, so I stopped and rebooted my computer. internet was still slow, checked my account no credit yet. went to look at forums for other issues. was about to post here that it didn't work but i checked my account first. i had the credit. so i imediatly disabled the toolbar. internet access was back to normal speed imediatly, I am uninstalling it as we speak.  but I will still enjoy my $1.30 for the hassle.

shame it didn't work better looked like a decent shopping companion.

LUCKY YOU---You did get the credit for it. I installed it some time ago, and had the very same problem with my computer being extremely slow. Uninstalled it, but got NO CREDIT!!
