A little worried...
« on: April 24, 2010, 08:23:44 am »
So I recently opened an account and my sister and brother decided they wanted to too. What worries me is that we have the exact same IP address. Is this allowed? Also whenever I'm logged on my computer and she tries to get on on hers it shows it as me being logged in. Anyways to fix this?  :sad1:

Hi there Unfortunately you are not allowed to have more then one account per I.P address if this is the case you run the risk of loosing all accounts.

take a look at the TOS

http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php

# Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household. A "household" is defined as a single dwelling (including basements, attics, extensions, etc). Should a user be a member of more than one household, he/she must be the only FusionCash user in each of those households.
# Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
# Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

darn! Alright well I'll just tell my sister and bro it doesn't work so they don't log back in haha. Should I tell them to delete their accounts? Is that possible?

It is possible but they will not be able to open a new one :(

Cancellation/Deletion. If you wish to "cancel" or "delete" your account, you may open a support ticket to request deactivation. Note that deactivated accounts may not be recoverable. If you wish to unsubscribe from our periodic newsletter and other mailings.

Of course your circumstances are different so I think it is the safest way to go about it so you don't loose your account. Which has already been compromised. Did you get referral credits for them joining? Or did they join directly?

I got referral credits for my sister but not my bro :S. But she hasn't done any offers yet...gosh darn. I guess I'll just have to talk it out with an admin so they can take the $1 bonus away.
