There is ONE basic concept you must grasp, find a need and fill it. If you can find a group of people who are struggling with the same problem, then come up with a solution that works, you can't beat them off with a stick. That's why I pay for advertising that reaches people who are still clicking ads for a penny each.

my first cash out coming up has been 20+ in refferals, that's all i was doing with the 15cent offer.
took a while to get the required 15, but that's why I'm getting 44 dollars the first cash out
I just share my story and how much I love fusion cash or just stick a banner on my page on some sites that allow it.

I only have 3 referrals but i suppose they never did the first offer b/c i've only recieved a dollar for each. I have put my referral link on many websites so im not sure the secret to getting referrals.

I have 25 referrals but none has ever cashed out. Unfortunately I have no way to contact them to find out why they signed up but don't use FC.

I am in the same boat - I just can't get my referrals to complete offers...........gets me sad, but I have tried to recruit good ones cause I am not out to soak FC for their dollar, I really want the referrals to be good ones.  People are either lazy or they want something for nothing I feel.
