When it says that you can complete the offer once every 24 hours, what does that mean? Does it mean that you go to that site and FC credits you for doing the survey on the site where you signed up?

Let's say you completed the offer today at 5:00pm. You can't repeat that same offer until tomorrow, 24hrs later at 5:00pm.
