Can Offers Be Completed More Then Once?

Just as the topic asks, can the offers be completed more then once? Like, can I refer friends to complete the same offers using my URL (and receiving credit for it?)

when you refer friends. you can tell them what offers have approved for you and so on. but you don't get a % here for the offers the complete.. this is what you get no matter how much they make.... and to my knowlage it's a one time thing for each new referral....


you get 1.00 when they join up and confirm their email

you get 2.00 when the complete.. and get credit for their 1st offer


you get 5.00 when they cashout...
