Requesting Credit Manually

If you do not get credit for an offer, how do you manually request credit?   I know that I have seen the link but now that I am looking for it, I can not find it.

i don't think you can.

You can only do it for offers under the Special Offers section.

Thanks for the info.   Everything worked out very well for me, however.  I thought that I was not going to get credited for beheard but I eventually did get credit.
