It's pretty simple lol U can't log in anywhere else or from a public computer. Check it out it was in the terms of service which we all have to agree to in order to create an account with FC. http://www.fusioncash.net/tos.php
Well as stated it wouldn't be a public computer, it would be my laptop that I use everyday on FC. I understand it is in the terms of service, I have seen other posts in regards to using while they are away (as you can see right in this thread), it is not a large wi fi community such as a library or a coffee shop or internet cafe it would be used in the home I am staying at, which is a personal residence with its own internet service not a community internet service. No one in the home uses FC or anything similar to it. I can see the issue with using it at a hotel, since wifi there would be shared. However, I will only be in a hotel for two days of my stay versus the other 8 spent in a private residence.
I mean it may seem cut and dry in the TOS, but think about other circumstances such as individuals who live in various places for different parts of the year (think snowbirds who spend half their year in Florida or another warm spot and the other half wherever they live the rest of the year) does that mean they couldn't use it for the one half of the year?
If its based on who pays for the internet service, that would cut a lot of people out too considering many teens who are on FC may live at home with their parents and it would technically be their parents internet connection. Or someone who has roommates could have the internet in the other roommates name but them be the only one of fc.
I am fine with it either way, I am not complaining, I have read the TOS, I am just curious on how to go about things while I am traveling. I can set FC on the backburner while I am away and tend to it when I get back that is not an issue, I would prefer of course be able to use it while away.
I am glad to see others are curious about this issue as well.
