all these movies are comming out, books being read, songs bein sang about the world ending. What does everyone think will happen.. OPEN DISCUSSION!! Im excited to hear wat everyone has to say...

Honestly we will never know. It may be in 2012 it may not be.

Maybe the world will end in 2012, maybe it won't.  I mean, a movie is made out of that date, but now it has everyone talking about it.  For me, when it happens, I will be grateful for that day, not that my life is half bad or anything.

Will the world be destroyed by fire?

Hysteria might happen more than anything else. But I don't think it will get bad as Y2k.

NO! the world is not going to end in 2012. i am convinced things will happen but will not end. the world has had these scares before and nothing has happened.

No I don't believe the end of the world is going to be in 2012 because that is just to soon for one and many other reasons.
Come on now you can't believe everything you hear from the media, the media is here to put fear in all of us.
Disasters happen all the time that's normal but now they do seem to be happening more often, it's because the world
is changing. Earth goes through many cycles in its life such as the ice age and such.
Something might happen in 2012  but it's not going to be the end of the world as we know it, just some changes might happen .
It does seem like the sun they are saying is going to be intense in rays in that year.

i doubt it it's in Mayan prophecy that the earth becomes reborn every couple of thousands of years and 2012 is said to be the date in which the earth will be reborn again. But if all life dies when its reborn then we wouldnt be here so who knows

In all honesty, I don't think the world itself will end in 2012, but I'm afraid that the pandemonium that will occur will lead us on a path to destruction, becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.

All the movies coming out are just for money. Just like every other movie and documentary.
You can't predict the end unless you are the one to cause it.
Or you can just come up with anything you want if you want to generate fear for a Pulitzer.
