They should allow it.
Then tax it.
Deficit solved.

A stoned nation and demotivated people isn't the answer to the problem. lol.  I've heard that theory and I would support it if Mari. was "legal", but we should not condone the use of a drug that makes everyone slow and stupid as a recreational activity.  That's what it would be used for, not as a pain reliever for people who "really" need it.

I live in Michigan and they passed a law to legalize Marijuana for medical purposes you have to obtain a card threw you doctor and the state and then you can buy it from certain places.  They are having problems with people losing there jobs tho because work places are giving drug test ant once you fail they can fire you.

Good for California  and i cant see the feds doing anything about it  the state is broke just like all the other states  about time someone got thier head out of thier *bleep* and figured out we can make alot of money legalising weed. You would think the feds would jump on board. im hoping sometime soon i here the collective sound of POP as the fed lawmakers get thier heads out of thier asses. that would be music to my ears. And ATVgirl1 i heard about michigan too. Michigan used to be booming with all the auto manufactures and everything else that supported the auto industry. now the weed growing classes are popping up there. Marijuana right now is a neccesity im not saying smoking it is  but away for this country to make money and they will make lots of money. Me personally ive smoked weed for 35 years and the last 25 that besides cigarettes was my only indulgence. I got laid off from my job so now i cant smoke my weed coz im looking for work. And im not sure its companies that actually want to drug test coz its money out of thier pockets  but the insurance companies wanting the drug testing. I hope the law passes in California and i hope it spreads like the plague across the country. GO CALI ITS ABOUT TIME SOMEONE TOOK THE LEAD

Slow and Stupid? We vote in slow and stupid every election year are they all smoking weed??? I kind of take offense to the slow and stupid comment  I pretty much think stoners have alot of ingenuity and know how to improvise.  :peace:

oh yea and demotivated is the guy in the anti weed commerical living at moms house at the age of 40 blowing the smoke out the window so mom dosnt smell it. people i know that smoke have jobs, and function well, have families, pay thier bills,
