Cara of Beaverton OR (11/18/07)
I ordered some postcards from Vista Print at the end of Oct. 2007 to get my business name out there in the community. The account/card that I used is only used for this business once a week and it's not used for anything else, but within a week of my purchase from Vista Print someone charged my account for a purchase from Amazon.com. I have never even visited that website and I certainly do not have an account with them. When I contacted Amazon.com, they said that the information they had did not match the information that the bank had. So to me this is obviously someone stealing numbers and buying things with them.

Paula of Myrtle Beach SC (11/15/07)
I just noticed charges on my credit card from Passport To Fun for $14.95/month--thinking it was a magazine subscription my husband bought. Upon looking closer I have been charged every month since 2/07. They said it was a free trial that I never canceled. I did not do the free trial, but I did purchase business cards from Vista Print website in which they said I did the free trial. When I called they could not provide any information other than I clicked free trial, and Vista Print had my e-mail address and credit card information.

I have been charged $119.60 for something I never ordered. This is a great big scam! I hope you can look into it for other people who get scammed as well. Thank you.

Debra of Belmont NC (11/06/07)
I'm being charged 14.95 by Vistaprint every month for something I never signed up for. I called 2 times; they say they will refund me, but they don't and continue to charge me. What can I do now? Vista Print is a scam company.

Colleen of Cherry Hill NJ (11/05/07)
I ordered business cards in March. Going though the order process, a window asks if you'd like to save $10 on your order. Clicked on the pop up, saw that it would enroll me in a rewards program if I took the offer, so I backed out and processed my order without the coupon. Just found that I've been paying $14.95 for something I never authorized. Brian--from vistarewards told me that the act of clicking on that window automatically enrolled me. Since my husband pays the bills, I never saw the charge until November--6 months@$14.95 for nothing!

Richard of Baltimore MD (11/03/07)
Consumers Beware!! I was a satisfied customer of Vista Print, with orders placed earlier this year. Suddenly, I've been hit with monthly charges of $14.95 on my last monthly credit card bills. I did call (twice) and two nice ladies handled my calls. They said that my monthly charges would be refunded and my 'membership' terminated. The funny thing is I never signed up to a 'membership.' I'm waiting to see if the charges will actually be removed.

Lori of Linton IN (11/02/07)
In July my spouse and I purchased business cards from Vistaprint.com. On October 3, 2007 while balancing our checking account we were shocked to see it negative over $500! Apparently, every month without our knowledge or consent Vistaprint charged $14.95 to our account. This accumulated to almost $50 which caused several other fees to overdraft in our account. All the fees added up to almost $500! Fortunately, our bank excused around $300 of the fees.

We finally located a contact number for Vistaprint. A customer service rep stated that when I made an order on Vista.com I clicked on a box that enrolled me into the APL discount club (charged $60). The discounts were not valid anywhere near us. I said I wanted to cancel the membership NOW and that I never approved to the charges.  On November 2, 2007 I noticed there was another charge for $14.95! I called APL and spoke to another customer service rep. who agreed to cancel the membership and refund a month of fees. I asked her to refund all the fees that were removed from my account without permission and I was told that was not possible. I discovered that APL Passport and Vistprint are owned by the same company! Therefore, I feel like my family has been a victim of Internet fleecing. I called Vistaprint, made this accusation, and asked to receive a full refund and was told no problem. I have yet to see ANY refund on my account. Please assist my family get this money back!

Meg of Grovetown GA (11/01/07)
Somehow, I got hacked with my bank card info. I called each business who had the charges and each was more than willing to help--except VistaPrint. Their reps told me that obviously someone had ordered something at my address. I was involved with a death in the family at the time, and was not even using my accounts. They were rude, insolent, and even told me they'd continue to charge since I ORDERED SOMETHING. I canceled the card. These people are not ethical. My bank sent them a fraud report,d and they still insisted I ordered it--and it wasn't even in my name. Idiots.

Numerous phone calls, and charges that I may end up paying because they insist it was me who ordered their product.

Karen of Silver Creek,  MS (10/23/07)
In reconciling the business bank statement we keep noticing a $14.95 charge every month since July 07.  We ordered business cards in June from VistaPrint.

"Janet" informed me that when the order was placed, we enrolled in the VistaPrint Rewards Program.  After concurring with the other office manager, myself nor she agreed to this. Janet claims we will be credited for these charges. We will see.

Barbara of Pittsburgh PA (10/18/07)
On 10/9/07 two withdrawals at $14.95 were deducted from my bank account, one in the name of AP9*PASSPORTTOFUN+V and the other AP9*VISTAPRINTRWRDS-V. I have tried to get in touch with both and neither are accessible. It is very bold that this company would invade my banking account in this manner. I guess that is why the 100 business cards I got were FREE!

John of Bernie MO (10/09/07)
My wife ordered me business cards from Vista Print. Now we are being charged numerous costs that we did not sign for. Just this week Vista Print Rewards charged us $14.95. Savingsmart charged $1.00. And now this morning we see that Shopping Essentials charged us $14.95. I will never buy from Vista Print EVER AGAIN! I would suggest nobody else does either. I now know why Vista Print charges cheap prices for their products...they are getting paid by these companies for our credit card numbers. At this time I have not been reimbursed any money..and am terrified that there are going to be more companies take our money.

I'm scared they are going to wipe out our checking account; already we are going to have bounced accounts.

Alex of Crawley, Australia(10/01/07)
Placed an order on 08/30/07 for business cards. Have still not received them a month later. They will not respond to contact via email and phone says they are closed. Waste of $64. Advise anyone in Australia to consider another source for printing needs.

$63.70

Stephanie of Omaha NE (09/21/07)
I own a small web business that I created myself. I make fun and whimsical personalized notepads and that is it. I do the artwork and created the website. I purchased my business cards from VistaPrint.com. They used the information that I had printed on my business cards and purchased a domain that is almost exactly like mine.  This then points to their site for a free notepad offer. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THEM TO HAVE PURCHASED THIS DOMAIN NAME. My notepads are completely different from theirs.

They are a multi-million dollar company. I am a work from home mom. I am so saddened that a leader in this industry could stoop so low. I have written the CEO twice, and the board of directors once. No response.  I often have customers tell me that they have ended up at the vistaprint site when looking for mine.

Romilda of Melbourne, Australia (09/14/07)
We bought vistaprint business cards in may 2007. We received them and paid for them. On Ausgust 13 there was $94 taken out of my credit card without my authority from paypal which decribes that we bought vistaprint business cards, which i have not received. I have sent emails to both and had not any answers. If I did received the product I would not be complaining. All I have is a phone number next to the statement which is 4029357733.

Anne Florence of Daytona Beach Shores FL (08/26/07)
Our family situations have necessitated me reconciling my bank statement each month, but not really paying close attention until today. I thought my husband had used my debit account for something called Passport to Fun, which has been showing up on my bank statement each month since May 2005! Over $300!

I decided to do a general search on the internet for complaints about this company because I had no idea how I could have been enrolled in this program. VISTA PRINT!!! I have been purchasing from them for 2 years. NEVER AGAIN WILL I. How deceitful. Over $300 of my hard earned money for something I didn't know I belonged to and would never use. And probably will never get back from them.

Arlene of Aventura FL (08/26/07)
I ordered some free business cards from VistaPrint.com several times and paid a shipping fee. Subsequently, without enrolling, I was signed up into three (3) different discount shopping programs. I began to get three different charges on my credit card bill for $14.95, $9.00, and $9.00. I called the phone numbers on my credit card bill and said I never enrolled and that I wanted to be credited and cancelled. I received emails from 2 of the companies confirming cancellation. Again, I have been billed on my credit card.

When I called WLI Shopping Discount in CT, the representative, Justin, insisted I must have enrolled and argued with me and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I am afraid to even go on the Vista Print website to even take a look. This is a publicly traded company and they are stealing from their customers. This is a nightmare.

I plan to contact the fraud department at my credit card company and notify the SEC. Interestingly, VistaPrint is headquartered in Bermuda, out of the U.S.

Jazmine of Clatskanie OR (08/25/07)
Me and my daughter have a small business we are trying to build, so we ordered business cards from Vista Print so we can pass out cards to everyone we know and current customers etc in an attempt to get our name our there. Luckily she keeps a close eye on the checking acct. Passport to fun charged us $14.95 for a service that doesn't seem to exist and one that was not authorized to take money. There should be some way to sue compnaies like Vista Print who scam people.

Sarah of Quakertown PA (07/31/07)
Because I bought return address labels from vistaprint.com, my credit card has been repeatedly charged from a company calling itself AP9*Shoppingessentials in Connecticut.

Oluyemi of Dolton IL (07/31/07)
I ordered some cards online from vista print in February. Four months later, i noticed that $14.95 had been billed into my account every month, adding up to $59.80 I called 24protect plus, they explained that by clicking on the discount offer at Vista print, I signed up for their program- which really offers nothing.

If a Nigerian did this, we'll be on CNN and all over the net, branded as scammers. There is worse 419 in America, perpetuated by Americans, I want my money back!

David Stevens of Boulder CO (07/31/07)
VistaPrint automatically signed me up for a service called Passport to Fun + without me agreeing. There is a $14.95/month service charge for this. Luckily, I caught it before I was charged.

Spent all morning trying to cancel memberships to both VistaPrint and Passport to Fun +. Would have been charged $14.95/month if I had not caught it first.

Misti Kallas of Lubbock TX (07/30/07)
i purchased business cards in June they arrived earlier than expected. But, they enrolled me with out my knowledge for a Rewards Program and charge me $14.95. It showed up on my paypal account. I called spoke to Andre and he said he was canceling my enrollment and refunding my money. They need to be out of business!

Paul of Redland Bay, Queensland, Australia (07/23/07)
We ordered a number of items from Vistaprint which has never arrived. Being outside of the tollfree US number we have emailed and emailed various Vistaprint Email addresses on their sites with each one eventually being returned with, we do not ackwnolege emails you have to phone and yet the email form is on all their sites....

Low and behold, no products ever arrived and we got slugged with $56.00 in shipping and handling. Mastercard inform Vistaprint do not respond to their calls as to why they keep attempting to draw funds from the credit card.

Duane of Troy, IL (07/12/07)
After using my debit card to order business cards, my checking account starting showing Vistarewards charges of $14.95 per month. Three months passed before I noticed this and I called to have that service (scam) discontinued.  My account continued to be charged.

I have also gone on-line to Vista's Web site to cancel.  They advertise that this was a 30-day free membership after which an email is sent prior to charges, however I have no record of emails from Vista notifying me of any subscription or charges.

I estimate that I have lost over $150 for a service that I had no idea I had, and nothing provided by Vista to show for this service I paid for.

Erin of Chesapeake Beach MD (06/29/07)
I ordered *free* postcards from Vista Print in May 2007. (Even though they were free, I still got charged for a number of other things, including extremely high shipping.) About a week later, I began receiving calls to my cell phone which I NEVER use (but had used with Vista Print due to the fact that I was moving). I googled the number and found out it was a company in the Bahamas and Vista Print had sold my number.

Some people were getting calls multiple times a day. I have only received a few of these calls. I saw that many of the people were also getting fraudulant charges to their credit cards used to purchase items through Vista Print, so I began watching my statements and, sure enough, a charge of $14.95 appeared in June. I googled it, found out it was in fact through Vista Print, and found a long list of people who had similar fraudulant charges added without their authorization.

I immediately called my bank and informed them, got the phone number for the company, called and demanded a refund and to be taken off their list. The charges come in the form of various names, but often begin with AP9. There are no memberships benefits or rewards. Simply a scam.

Vista Print signs you up for without your permission that debits your account and makes money off the people who don't closely read their statements.

Gerard of New Rochelle NY (06/28/07)
This company should be closed down. Fact is the scammers convention put up a fence around everyone who showed up and called it a company by the name VistaPrint USA! Like me, everyone who purchases anything from VistaPrint feels like they're getting a great deal! I had a problem in the past whereby after you place an order there are all these pop-up windows offering you additional products and you have to be careful because the products have boxes next to them and you have to make sure there isn't a check in any of the boxes or you'll be paying for that product!

Dude are u trying to get banned from these forums??...did u even read the terms of service to this site??...I realize that Kohler cant catch everything that comes thru here...but i would say ur kinda pushing it...I agree that everyone should go to ripoff report or informercialscams... etc to read about a potential purchase before they pull out their credit card..i been burned once by an offer on this site..and once from another...,but it seems like ur saying FC is purposely posting those advertisers, knowing they may scam its members..

..and even tho im not always happy with FC, i know thats simply NOT true...you can find those same offers on most gpt sites..I assume the advertisers  pay very well and thats why most sites keep them up..its also why most GPT sites tell you to read TOS and fine print before you order anything... they understand that they cannot guarantee every ad on their site to be an "honest offer" so all consumers need to proceed with caution..

Mine credited within 10 minutes of my order going through at Vista Print & I had my products within a week & a 1/2.

And even Kohler, who is a FC staffer has dealt with Vista Print & had no problems either!

Hi everybody I see there are a lot to complaints about vistaprint. I have ordered free business cards from them and haven't any trouble at all with them. You need to be careful when ordering and make sure that the other offers that are offered are not checked. Because fushioncash is a great site. It's not their fault.

I suggest that if you can't get in touch with the companies call you bank and do an unauthorized purchase. The co's they offer the trials for to me seem to be good companies, and are on just about every GPT site.

Good Luck

I just completed the Vista business cards offer. I think it will be fine. I am looking forward to getting my business cards. They had some nice designs and only a little over $5 for shipping and handling for 250 cards...is a great deal!
