I hate heights.I don't think sleeping pills,music or on board flight would help me relax.I gt scared or nerves when I am near a plane.So I would have to be knocked out before I saw the plane.

I have never been on an airplane, but this summer me and my friends are flying from Florida to Las Vegas and then driving to Cali from there, so I am excited for that. I'm not really nervous because whatever happens happens. We all have our fates planned

Our in-flight movie was Snakes on a Plane (don't even ask me why)
That is the worst movie to show while on an airplane.

I love flying!  Whenever I feel the vibration of the airplane lifting off from the runway I always get this happy, exhilirating feeling of freedom of flying. That's the only fun part. The most boring is sitting on your behind for many hours wanting to stretch your legs. Many members under this thread have given helpful advices. Try to sit in the middle aisle far away from the window. Not many people on the plane have a fear of flying, so you shouldn't feel afraid. Sit with someone close to you and have them to offer to hold your hand for comfort/courage if you must. You can sincerely pray to God that you will reach your destination safely.  Don't let fear spoil your fun. And Bon voyage!
