Do you have a phobia?

I have a few.  My craziest phobia is butterflies.  Don't ask why; they just creep me out.  Plus, I am terrified of vomiting.  My husband and I have been together for four years now, and he's seen me vomit three different occasions.  Yes, only three.

The closest I have to a phobia is a fear of open water.  Apparently I had some scary experiences when my family lived on a freight ship doing missionary stuff.

I HAVE A PHOBIA OF NEEDLES AND BLOOD!  MY BOYFRIEND LAUGHS AT ME CAUSE WHEN I GET VACCINATED I ALWAYS HAVE TO LOOK AWAY..I JUST CANNOT SEE THE NEEDLE PENETRATE THE SKIN AND IF I SEE BLOOD FORGET IT, I FEEL LIKE I'M ABOUT TO PASS OUT! LOL

omg i have so many phobias, lets see if i can list them all, yall might want to get a snack. snakes, spiders, heights, flying, boats, deep water, and i think that is it.

Snakes! However I like to watch them under safe conditions. But would not touch one or be near one that is loose to save my life.

I agree wxcept for the part of watching them under safe conditions.  I hate them and think the only safe condition for a snake is as a belt or maybe some shoes LOL...

I'm terrified of snakes, they give me the creeps and the hebe jebees.   They are representing evil.   I can't even wqatch a movie about snakes or I have terrible nightmares..

How much are we allowed to post here?  lol.  Oh wow!  I suffered from panic attacks for many years but finally found ways to cope with most of it.  My son suffers from them now.  In my case it did not always have to be something specific that triggered the fear.  I might be sitting down reading a book and an impending feeling of terror and doom would come over me.  Things are much better now but to this day I have a terrible fear of tall bridges.  The airport route to Charleston from my house requires crossing a very high scary bridge.  Here's how you can tell if I really love someone.  If I agree to come and get you, I would probably die for you.  Anyone else, take a taxi and I will pick you up on the other side!

I have panic attacks, too. I have a lot of anxiety problems. I saw on one of my diagnosis sheets once "agoraphobia" scared the heck out of me to see it, but I guess it was true. I couldn't leave without my husband. I went everywhere with him, including my gyne appointments. I am doing much better now, but still have my days. Besides that, there are too many things to list! LOL
